Steampunk Resource Pack 1.7.5
Load up your favorite steampunk mods and maps and use Glimmar’s Steampunk resource pack to get the most of your experience. Immensely detailed, Glimmar’s Steampunk pack aims to make standard Minecraft blocks as realistic as possible while still looking like something out of a fantasy. The pack is versatile, so you can use it even if steampunk isn’t your thing. Take advantage of the realistic railways to make your transportation system look advanced, and use all of the included mechanical block styles to create an industrial section in your city. If you’ve ever wanted to create a factory or a ship that looks completely functional, this pack provides the tools to accomplish those goals. One of the highlights of Glimmar’s pack is the amount of animation included. Watch cogs spin, lights flash, and computers crunch numbers. The amount of animation brings any city to life, making it great for using on servers where you want to create a real sense of community. It can also liven up a single player game, where the only residents of your town are villagers.
Mobs are another huge highlight, as they have been designed to resemble robots. Creepers roll around on steam-powered tracks, while zombies have glowing eyes and metallic limbs. Villagers come in multiple varieties, so they’ll either appear as humans with photograph-style faces, or they might just show up as robots. If you’re looking for a resource pack that turns Minecraft into a wholly unique experience, then Glimmar’s Steampunk resource pack is certainly worth a try. The roleplaying possibilities will keep you busy for a long time, and the pack lends itself to both realistic and fantastical play. Download the 32x and 64x hybrid version to try out this unique style and transform your world into a Victorian-era masterpiece.
