Dokucraft Resource Pack 1.7.9
The Dokucraft resource pack’s signature style is one of deep detail and contrast. Blocks that are one-colored in other packs have many shades in the Dokucraft resource pack, making your world look more real and well crafted. The look resembles retro RPG games, making it perfect for people who love a medieval or fantasy look. This remix of Doku’s famous pack is one of the many to take on the original pack’s signature style and expand on the original works. Highly customizable, the pack allows you to upload your own textures and contribute to the community effort. Weekly group contests give you a good starting place by challenging artists to create new looks for individual blocks (mycelium, for example). The community behind Dokucraft is constantly working on new goals, so you can look forward to regular updates. If you want more paintings, you’ll get them in updates, and the team is constantly working on making the pack work with various popular mods, including Mo’ Creatures, Baby Animals, SteamCraft, and dozens more. If you just want to play, however, this is a great pack with many options, including dark, light, and high. The light pack adds brightness to your world, while dark brings a dreary feel to everything, making it perfect for playing in dungeons.
The high pack is the brightest of all, and it provides an ethereal glow to the game. Available in 16x, 32x, and 64x versions, you’ll find the right size for your computer’s specs. In addition to more-detailed blocks, mobs also received a makeover in Dokucraft texture pack. Skeletons no longer look cartoonish, and zombies have facial scars and tattered clothes. More detail has been added to everything from chickens to mooshrooms, making the wild look even more natural. When indoors, you can decorate your home with gilded chests and jukeboxes, as well as RPG-themed paintings. If you’re looking for a medieval theme that is constantly updated, Dokucraft fits the bill.
